I'm happy with this. I think my previous weigh in was a scale glitch. No way I could've lost so much in a couple of days eating "normal". I'm staying on track a day at a time, a meal at a time. I'm actually feeling good enough to exercise : ) I setup a 18:6 challenge next week so please join me if you can!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
