Great second day! Stuck to protein, dairy and fruits, and ate 1,340 calories. I'm also working on my 12th glass of water, and I had a great night at the gym. Tonight was an upper-body session, which is usually much harder for me, but tonight I gave it all the effort I had. I went until I could hardly move my arms anymore, rested, and then started again. I think Jenna noticed that I was really trying. She had me do push-ups on a bosu ball, and I cranked out 25 without putting my knees down. I also started with planks (which I'm getting better at, thank God), but she had me move from elbows to hands and back again, and I completed three sets without putting my knees down or swinging my hips. This is my month: November, I'm comin' for you. I also came back for extra crunches after my cardio in order to complete Day 1 of the 750PU/3,000C challenge!
