Once again I have to pull my head in and eat properly. Ive been too lenient lately blaming the cold weather. Diet starts today. My neck and leg are feeling better so exercise should be back on track as well. Going to get down to 74kg again
172.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's pretty hard to get going in the winter isn't it? Dark cold mornings and the need for warm stodgy sustenance makes it hard not to put on a little extra layer :-)

OMG Angelica! I'm sure you'll be fine...a wardrobe is not the term haha. Cheer up lovelies, it's just one season 😊

haha!!! I am sure you are nowhere near a wardrobe, or half a wardrobe, or a drawer :-) It'll soon warm up again and we can all start shedding clothes and layers :-)

Think of the winter weight like bears do :P it's to keep warm and sustain you until it warms up! That's what I'm doing and it makes you less hard on yourself. Self confidence does not show up on the scales friend!

Im probably being a little hard on myself. Im not the 86kg I was this time last year. But definately find Im eating things like mashed potatoe, porridge & brown sugar, dark chocolate etc. I guess as long as I dont overdo it.
