First 10 pounds gone, 20 to go. My diet has turned into more counting calories than anything and seems to be working so far. I am going to stay the course for now and see what happens. Getting cravings for fatty foods and fighting off for now. Hope I can maintain.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing wrong with fatty foods (if it's good fat) in my book, it's the carbs that are the problem at least for me. Good luck on your journey.
