arrrrrgh. I hate myself right now :(

Okay. So you have thought it and said it. It is probably a familiar thing for you, as you built back up to this point. Now own it as part of your reality today, and think on what you can do differently so it won't be part of your reality tomorrow...or the next day...or next week...or whenever. Allow the possibility that you are deserving. We all have our reasons for where we are, sometimes we have to fight harder for reasons to be where we want to be. Get some sleep and figure out what you can do to create some balance. You have support here to make it happen.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You may not have seen any progress on the scale, but think about all the positives you've accomplished. Maybe you're more conscious of your food choices, or are drinking more water, or are being more active. Maybe you're building muscle. Maybe it's all of the above, or something all together different. The point is that what you're doing(what we're all doing) is a journey. Try to be kind(er) to yourself. You're worth it. :-)
