I have to record my weight today as I finally saw 200 on the scales. Haven't been this low since 2.5 years ago! I'm really feeling in control of the calorie counting and eating things I enjoy. Last night we had Greek Orzo Chicken with Kale and Tomatoes made in my crock pot. This was a recipe I found on one of the My Fitness Pal blogs. Using My Fitness Pal and fitbit together are keeping me and my husband on track with calorie counting.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
