Atkins bars are bad!! very very bad... so like I said, I got them cause I had a craving for chocolate. .. like bad.... but today I feel like I NEED one... I'm angry, I want to punch things, this is not good. what the hell are in those? crack?? .... frig... I'm having a rough morning... I need to stay away from that stuff... husband can bring the rest to work and keep them there. I can't do this. I don't think I can ever have "just a little" ... I need to work out or something.... I have no patience, I'm way to angry. I wish the heavy bag was hung up cause then I could rip that appart..... it could also be that something popped in my back again and every move is agony making me absolutely furious that at 29 I'm broken..... just gotta grit through the pain.... toss an ice pack on and bike or something... I can't just sit here pissed off. cortisol and all that and I already can't ditch a measly 5 stupid pounds.... I've been trying to bike off 1 to 2 meals worth of calories... not working. nothing is working. why does my body think 204 is a good weight? its so not a good weight for me.......

so be proactive... that's what I should do. drink a bunch of detox tea (I know your liver does it but the placebo is still strong lol) ... flush the stupid fake sugar out....

then ice my back

bike until I'm not angry

yoga to stretch it out and hopefully the kids will quiet down long enough so I can't actually meditate and get my head right......

if all fails... angry cleaning.

WHAT DO ALL OF YOU DO FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT?
is there a go to process any of you use to calm down and work away bad feelings without using food or other bad habbits?

I take hand weights (start lower lb until you get used to the motion) and shadow box with them. I usually use ten pounds and the air punches and extra weight slow my anger down. But let's get real girl, you can hit a bag in the ground. Punch down. ..kick... stradlee and attack! Atkins bars be danged!

I'll be sure not to use Atikins bars as a strategy next month. Lol!

Pain just feeds aggravation, add a bunch of ambient noise to the equation and it's enough to make you want to pull your own hair out. Heck, just getting by from day to day is enough of a challenge around my house, making it an hour-by-hour battle takes a toll. Do me a favor, if you decide to go off-plan for comfort, give me a heads up, I'll probably join in, misery loves company!

Yeah, you know what? Forget the Atkins bar and get a chocolate bar. Love it. Savour it. Get it done so you can say 'yeah that's what I needed' and then move on. Nothing wrong with the indulgence with the real deal once so you're satisfied. Nothing worse than trying to fix it with a cheap (expensive) substitute that will leave you still craving. Eat the chocolate, then smile and wave and move forward.

My weakness is lemon meringue pie, which I had yesterday and the day before as part of my carb load, and of course cheese cake. Don't forget cheese cake. (That's for my next carb up. Off to the restuarant for a slice with a good coffee. Not bringing it home.)

Hey, hunter. I remember 200. Same thing happened to me at 200. I thought it was psychological. I think it was partly, but what I did was recalculated my calorie intake because I had lost weight. When I did the math, I found I was at maintenance calories on the diet I had lost weight on, which makes sense. That fat that previously had to be maintained was gone. Check that out. The other thing I'd suggest is to take a week a the maintenance calories and give yourself a break from constantly wanting to see a loss. It's good for you and will get the endocrine system back up and rocking. I do not doubt your ability to accomplish your goal AT ALL! Rock it, kid. Dance with your little guy for exercise. Have some fun.

@Bdmgoggins. When my kids were little my dad wanted to buy them a drum set. I said no. Grandpa, for Christmas, bought them a drum set. It was Christmas morning at mom and dads. I said to the boys, "Wow, that's great! Why don't we leave them here and every time you come you can play them." They agreed. Drum set disappeared after a month. Oh, yeah. They're both musicians.

Forget Atkins, try Quest bars instead - they are sugar-free, but use Erythritol, not sugar alcohols...they are clean, very few additives and they taste amazing. (Also a great source of protein) If you can't find them at your grocery store, try any natural market or GNC
