I am on day 10 of the blogilates beginners calendar and I already feel different! It's crazy how that stuff works. My butt looks like it lifted. And it's easier for me to get up. It's awesome. I love my trainer Cassey. She really motivates me to work out. :)

I'm also running and toning my arms 3 times a week. Yesterday, I was able to run a whole mile without stopping! I feel so proud of myself. My new goal is to run a mile in 9 minutes. That's a really good fitness measure in your 30s according to this article: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3115953/Are-fit-age-Just-testing-quickly-chair-reveal-health.html It says:

"A study by the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, showed that the speed you can run a mile by the age of 40 could become a spooky prediction of your risk of heart disease years later. If you take longer than ten minutes (12 minutes for women), you have a 30 per cent greater risk of developing and dying from heart disease in 30 years' time."

I haven't timed myself yet since I'm still working on endurance, but I am sure it takes me at least 15 minutes to do a mile. Lol. I'll get there.

HELP:
So, working out everyday is new to me and I am running into the issue of working out between work and school and not having time to do a full shower and wash after workouts. As a result, I'm breaking out. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep your face clear when working out a lot? Plus, I wear eyemakeup.

I've never had this problem like this. Please help FS!
