Straddling the Onderland Town Line again. Leaving for Toronto tomorrow morning, and though it's difficult to be in good control while traveling, I will do my best to stay on plan. Booked dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Niagara Falls for tomorrow night and I looked at the menu and there is plenty I can eat there. Toronto is such a multicultural city that I am sure to find something that is delicious and low carb. If I get a chance I will try to check in over the week. Otherwise, everyone have a great week!

If you are in Niagara Falls, be sure to check out my town, Niagara on the Lake, prettiest town in Canada (if I say so myself). Just a 20 minute scenic drive along the Niagara Parkway (north of the falls). Beautiful stroll along Queen Street with loads of flowers!
