Hey all. I'm trying to be a healthier person for me and my kids. I want to be more active for them. I need people who can help motivate me. I've failed many times at this and tend to take one bad day as the end of my trying!

Honestly I know I do horrible when I follow a "plan". Instead I have set goals to track calories. Keep them to what fat secret says is good. I'm really looking to just eat healthier overall, exercise 3 or more days a week and just try to be a healthier person!
