Not that it matters in any big kind of way, but I just realized that I wrongly weighed in at 88.6 yesterday. It should have been 88.7 kgs. TODAY I am 88.6. Not as low as I though I'd be, but that's okay. I can live with that. Actually, I'm just happy that I'm below 90 the first few days after Indulgence Day.

I do want to do a little bit better than I feel that I have. Saturday, though I can basically eat what I want, I dug a little too deep in the candy bowl. Sunday I had chocolate, and tons of low fat ice cream. Yesterday I had popcorn. I never went over my RDI, but my choices were not good enough. I gotta man up on that. I am on a mission, and I would hate to not make it to 77 kgs on time simply because of chocolate and candies.

Today is a busy work day. I have several interviews at work, and of course the other tasks related to that, and then teaching tonight. I have arranged with Wife that we meet at the local Pizza- and Kebab House for dinner, and I have already entered a salad in my food journal. It's all about planning, folks!

People at work is starting to notice that Wife is losing weight (Wife and I work in the same building). She got a lot of compliments from her boss, when she asked to get a new - and smaller - work uniform.

Life is good!
195.3 lb Lost so far: 146.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Come on KingKeld.... Get your mitts OUT of that candy jar, as you say.... It's not healthy, and that is why we are on this journey. :-). Fab news about your wife ... So good when people start to notice - you must be so proud - you have set her a great example (well apart from the candy of course - am I making you feel REALLY guilty yet LOL). Hope your interviews go well....

But I thought candy was all good and nutritional and stuff... :) I have replaced candy today with a müsli bar. No candies. Promise. I might - MIGHT - go for my usual low cal ice cream though.

Hi Keld....you're looking more lke a princess than a king...must have been the choc! So long as you're not over your RDI an small treat can't hurt now and again...but the bigger picture may take a tad longer to realise. Have a good one ...Ozzy says Hi XX
