Now in my red zone, time to take action
Plan:
Walk more as it has taken a hit this last week
Check in at class ASAP

Remember my why:
Blood Sugar levels,
the way I feel when I hike or walk,
I like the way I look at this size and the clothes I can wear.

Remember Ilana nothing, that is nothing, tastes as good as you feel at this size, and the healthy blood sugar levels. Never forget how good you feel inside your skin right now, embrace it everyday.

You are fighting homeostasis and you can win this battle it begins in the mind and then wins with what you put in your mouth / or don't put into your mouth.

You are your own best advocate start advocating now. xxx

CatHerder you really have that correct about the Psychological aspect. I do know that when I exercise and eat in a manner that keeps everything in balance that my thinking improves. Especially the exercise part of this journey and so does journaling. Thank you for your encouragement.
