This is day one of another new diet. Gained a bunch of weight again over the past month or so and I'm ready to get rid of it. I have only been to the gym or exercized twice in the past month, although I was doing a bunch of it before the MLB playoffs began and I started spending my time getting ready for Cardinals baseball and then eating like crap and drinking during each game.
My opening measurements are as follows:
