I knew it was coming...have put on weight (I assume water, though some from bad eating over weekend and drinking). Am hoping to take it off before I go on vacation as I do get fixated on the scale. At least yesterday I had one of the instructors in class tell me I looked great and asked how much weight I had lost...that is encouraging! Today is all about no chocolate!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
