Johanne's Journal, 02 July 2016

Try # 2,500,055. I understand the concept . . . eat less, eat healthy, lose weight. I've even done it before. I haven't gained back the whole, original 70 lbs I lost but, over the years, it's slowly creeping back. The cravings are so crazy. I just don't understand why I keep giving in to them. I could easily be down 52 lbs by this time next year. Doing it is a whole, nother thing.

What is 2500, o55? Macros and eating 4 times a day seem to be working well for me and my lifestyle at the moment I just hate all the prep work!

Yup. I just meant I keep trying and failing. I'm still hanging in there. At least, because of this site and my friends here, I'm not yet as big as I used to be and my health is a WHOLE lot better. Six years ago, my Drs told me to get my affairs in order. :-)

Johanne, you only fail if you quit trying! We all have mis-steps, some more severe than others, but that does not mean we have failed unless we don't try again. If we keep trying, we remain works in progress! So keep making progress!!
