Went to the movie theater to see "Shallows". Went to Arby's hope to eat better than at Ina's dance and potluck. Should taken my chases with potluck. The Pecan chicken salad at Arby's was great tasting, am sure I would have had less calorie intake at potluck. Because nothing looked appetizing at the potluck other than the fresh fruit, gelatin and oatmeal cookies. Was very surprised to find that one of the men had baked the cookies and the 1 I ate was delicious!

Mmmmm gotta try that chicken pecan salad! I usually get a beef n cheddar and they have the best curly fries! The best out of all the restaurants curly Fries!

I'll have the Pecan Chicken salad again; pecans and chicken breast meat are both allowed. Just have to watch my snacking and I be okay.
