day 3 of 3 ok, I'm still following it! Added tea with my meals for a refreshing drink (plain). I have to admit the 1 pc of toast and 1 hard boiled egg for lunch today is kind of getting to me, BUT I am taking small bites and chewing throughly. Something I didn't use to do with my obsessive compulsive eating. The scale refuses to move, but that is just a stupid square on the floor, it should not dictate who I am and how I'm doing! I feel good. Drinking a lot of water. This weekend has me worried though. nights and weekends are normally my 'give into temptation' time. Plus this is a holiday long weekend. I have a church cookout to go to tomorrow evening, but I'm bringing a side so I'll make it a good one, maybe a fruit or vegie plate, and just keep to low carb besides that. I'm not holding on to the 3 day diet over the weekend. I'll go back on it either Monday or Tuesday. hope all is well!
