**I just compared my weight for today to the last few years - I'm 20 lbs. lighter than the previous 2 years and 10 lbs. heavier than 2013. Pretty cool to be able to see the trends...**

There are two ways to go about it. You can take a compass and draw a perfect circle and make two perfect eyes as neat as can be. Or you can do it freehand and have some fun with it. Like I did. Give it character. ~Harvey Ball

I liked the quote but I had to look up who Harvey is. He's the earliest known designer of the smiley. Kinda nice to be able to be known for making people smile.

Yesterday evening it POURED. Ended up taking boy to work and then tried to get my car looked at...needed the guy to go outside to look under the hood and tried to wait it out until it stopped but it just kept coming. Trying again today.

Food was good. I'm thinking the soy sauce/salt may be a bit too much so I'll keep that in mind next time. Fluids ended up low because of the evening schedule change but today's a new day.

And it's Friday.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 56.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
