I am feeling very despondent. Anyone out there experiencing this? I am not losing many kgs but have lost 25cms in total. I am not seeing a movement in the kgs....what am i doing wrong if the cms are still shedding??
155.4 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It means you are doing something right if you are losing fat/inches. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for a few months but went down in sizes (she exercised a lot). It's actually more important to see fat loss than just weight loss because you can be "skinny fat." If you are getting a lot of protein (which it looks like you are doing), you may lose the inches before seeing the scale move. Are you getting vegetables in too?

If you can see the changes on your muscles and exercising a lot, it means you are gaining muscles which weigh's more than fat. The weight can even stay the same but losing the cm's and if you are eating enough protein, you will keep your muscle. That's a good sign.

Thanks guys - had a bit of a wobble weekend but back to gym tonight. I am going to track everything i put in my mouth for now and see where i am going wrong. Hoping to see the kgs melt off too now. Thanks for the support :-)
