Ate my oats and banana before workout but no bran. That 1/3 cup I had with my rolled oats yesterday made a big difference. Today was 3 muscle groups so the workout took half hour longer than yesterday.
Total of 11 movements with reps ranging between 5 (one drop set) and 15 reps with 3 to 5 sets. Total weights lifted was 29,230 pounds.
Really feeling it. Glad tomorrow is leg day.

I am out of steel cut oats so I have been using up my stock of thick cut rolled. Hope to get to the city and stock up again. Also been out of sweet potatoes which are far better than bananas for pre-workout.
