I've had a very good week with eating, and exercise is gonna get going today. I have a party to go to tonight, and I've already made my mind up that I'm not drinking any alcohol which will be a little tough for me, but I really don't want to mess up what I've got going this week and alcohol will do it in a heartbeat. They are also having snacky stuff and I plan on taking a veggie tray so I have something I can eat and I'm gonna eat like a bird today so I have some room for sampling some of the stuff I want to have but portion control will be hugh tonight. I know I can do this, I just have to keep my mind in the right place cause for me thats where it happens. The hostess of the party is my husbands aunt, and shes lost around 50 pounds in the last year and a half, so she will probably have some better options anyway. I can do this!!

Best of luck :) I have a Halloween party tonight and my boys (2 and 5) birthday party at chuckie cheese on Sunday. Gonna be a fattening weekend lol. I guess on the bright side, 2 birthdays together only means one cake to contend with :) 
You both need to just go and enjoy. You'll do just fine!
