Dieting is a challenge. I am celiac, so I must avoid wheat products and oatmeal. I am also allergic to a few rather common foods--bananas, onions, and turkey (very serious). Today has been a good day. My big food habit that I need to control is carbs. Actually I have already lost 10 pounds in the past 2 weeks, so I have a good start. My goal is to maintain about 165, but to do it the healthy way.

There are a lot of us here that have embraced a low carb, high fat lifestyle. 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a great start!
