I have been experimenting with maintenance. My recent results are not satisfactory. I slacked off my activity and did not eat as disciplined as usual. I feel well rested and it's a break not feeling sore. I'm seeking that happy medium...
155.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
