Happy Monday!!!! Shouting from the top of my lungs. Had an awesome weekend with my family. I got a chance to shoot with a new lens for my camera. I had to pay extra for delivery for Saturday morning but it was worth it. I even managed to squeeze in two morning rides on my motorcycle. One on Saturday and the other Sunday morning.
So how did the eating go over the weekend for this big guy? Well, despite averaging 300g of carbs both Saturday and Sunday, I am working on finding a balance on this journey. I am experimenting. I am getting the results I want. I am feeling great about today and the week to come. I figure, if I go hard with a combination of IF and LCHF M-F with the exception of Thursday evening, I should be good. Time will tell. So far, the past week was a success. I didn't intend to carb up over the weekend, but that's what happened. Back to grind.
