another successful Sunday to add to the books. Ive been experimenting with homemade marinades and rubs and made a Morocco rub and add that to some chicken that I made ahead for the week.Good stuff. Goal for the week, try and incorporate more "fresh" foods and def more salad and I want to take measurements tomorrow.. looking forward to it..

I would love to know as well. I find I do best on an eating plan when I avoid getting into ruts. I'm not a passionate cook so I have to force myself to try new things :-)

OMG I love Ethnic foods like Morrocan! Spices are so different but healthy! I'm excited for your new smaller measurements and your new swimsuit!

Awesome! I'm loving learning to make my own sauces! Do you like hot wing sauce? Deseed and boil dried Arbol peppers until soft. Put in blender with a little water, a dash of vinegar, butter, and salt. Liquefy & walah! Amount of each depends on amount making.

Moroccan Rub 2 tblspn plus 2 teaspoon ground cumin 4 tsp ground coriander 4 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper 2 tsp ground ginger 1.5 tsp sweetener , I use stevia 1 tsp ground cinnamon

thanks warren, Im def not a good cook, just a good google-er LOL .. I actually got the recipe from the Atkins book ..
