AAACCKK! My Mother is town and I am drinking too much wine. Not eating any differently, but the Cabernet is definitely taking its toll. Getting back on track TODAY!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
