As I developed a heart condition this spring doing things has caused pain. Now my doctors have me on meds to help that and I am able to do much of the same things as before as long as I don't over do. So i am very happy to be getting back to were I was and looking forward to dropping more pounds. I stopped smoking 5 years ago and put on 55 pounds. I love watching the biggest looser show. It is what got me starting dropping the pounds.
