Ok, had to do a road trip and did not keep to my induction diet so I gained about a pound...back on the diet again. Might take a few days to get back to where I was...
193.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
