Just got back from my 6 mo visit with my Primare Care Dr. Got an atta-boy for A1C of 6.2! Lowest I've had since diagnosed eleven yrs ago. LB was up just a wee bit but the A1C made me want to celebrate (had a plain ice cream desert with lunch).

Now to stick with what has given me this success and continue for another 10 LB to goal.
After we get there, will probably set another goal. To be continued....
