walking/ jogging each day, usually about 1.64 miles. Also incorporating my arms in my work outs. I want slim/ strong arms and Strong legs. My legs and booty jiggle, tee he, lol :)
206.9 lb Lost so far: 83.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
