Today I am finally taking charge of my body and my food. I finally realize that it's not all about the exercise I claim to be doing but my food intake. I need to cut out to bad stuff and put in more fruits and veggies. I can do this.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
