Ok, I have been hesitating posting a journal entry, but here it goes. I was worried about my weigh in this week because we had a pot luck at church on Sunday and a pot luck at work yesterday. Plus my grandson's birthday was yesterday. Weighed in yesterday and was down the 3 lbs I had gained last week. I wanted to weigh myself today just to make sure how I did yesterday, I thought I did pretty well, and I was down another 2 lbs. Keeping fingers crossed that I am finally getting everything under control and am heading in the right direction.

Sounds like you are definitely moving in the right direction. With losses like that, you must really be making wise choices. It's hard when you're eating food other people prepared - you never know what's in it. Good for you, keep it up!
