Fasting this month is helping me a lot! lost 4 pounds in just a week! I'm doing yoga during the fast because I want to burn off the fat reserves without tiring myself too much. And after the fast I do a full body workout. Although the results are subtle, they're there and I'm loving the slight shape my body has gotten into! Love this month!
