Still dissappointed the scale doesn't reflect more. I will admit my exercise level has been decreased over the last week due to this cold I have. Still.......sticking to my plan avoiding sweets & still hardly anything lost!!!!!!!!!!!!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
