Ok so going to the gym before work has been AMAZING.
So far I went to the gym yesterday which I worked on lower body
This morning I worked on upper body. Tomorrow I plan to rest and walk the dogs in the morning and afternoon. Then Thursday I lift with my trainer in the evening.

I love getting the gym out of the way in the AM. It wakes me up and keeps me energized all day. And I get to relax at home with my boyfriend after work.

THe problem I had going to the gym in the afternoon was it being so crowded and that its hard to leave work early enough to get enough time in the gym THEN come home and cook dinner. By the time I finished working out, cooking, taking a shower. It would almost be my bed time!! I would never get to read or do anything else.

I find that working out in the am has given me a lot more time in the evening to do other things. Hopefully I can keep this routine up

hahaha :P Idk if I would work longer and hard enough if I had a gym at my home too many distractions

yup exactly my thoughts! THanks guys ... only has taken me a year to figure out what works for me. Now to stay on target with the diet

Prefer going to the gym in the morning before work as well. Saves me 30 mins of not sitting in traffic so half my workout is extra time I don't get if I workout later. Morning gym people aren't there to hang out like some of the after work crowds.

I agree @jorge I notice I get to work even quicker because the main rush hour passes by while I am at the gym. I leave the gym around 8:30-8:40 and I get to work by 9. Not bad

I think the Carb Night and IF work great together and make any plan much easier to stick to..
