After a tiring Father's Day Braai on Sunday I had to abandon my Monday Fast Day as there was just too much food leftover!

My unofficial weight on Monday morning was 108.7kg and today(Tuesday) morning it dropped to 108.2kg although I didn't actually have a fast day so that's some good damage control management on my part :D What I did was keep to my 16:8 Intermittent Fast and only ate food after midday. Then for dinner I made a fruit bowl consisting of 2 oranges, 1 apple, double cream yoghurt, almonds and oats. I didn't count my calories yesterday but my rough guess is that I kept it under 2000 calories.

I don't mind a gain this week but I'll try to keep it to a minimal gain as possible. Still have braai meat and sausages to eat today and will go to the gym as well.

Here's my dad on Father's Day. He loves steak so I got him a whopping 2.6kg Texan Steak :D
