I messed up yesterday ( Father's Day ). All my kid's & grandkid's were over. I very seldom ever drink, but I drank 4 beers. Also a big meal, smoked beef brisket, baked beans, cole slaw, fried sweet potato's, and a big slice of cake. I knew I was going to gain a couple pounds, but did not think I'd gain 4. It's ok though, I had a great Father's Day. Hope all you Father's did as well.
