Back again. I went in for a physical on Thursday and had to listen to the conversation about type 2 again. I want to be able to pass the nursing school physical next year. More importantly, I want to boost my energy level.
When I'd first started home care, I felt bored and tired. In order to fight those feelings, I need an exercise program where I can combat the lethargy that sedentary working promotes.
Anyway, here we go a gain.
