Starting week 2 of Abs Diet
I seemed to have gained a bit of weight, so I think I gotta check portion sizes, since I'm eating more meals.
I ate a little less carb for dinner, and the carb was brown rice. It really fills you up even if you eat less!
I upped my exercise routine a bit for this week. Next week is when I really get down to business.
