Taking a trip so I weighed in early Surprised at the over 3lb loss. Hope it wasn't just water due to increasing heat - but I have been eating less too. I guess I am being logical over just taking the loss and running with it. 4.8lbs to go to get to my astronaut weight. added 3 more shirts from my old wardrobe back into the mix.
264.6 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
