Holy canoli! I hit the 10lb mark---this has definitely motivated me "to keep on keepin' on" Happy Hump Day to all my FS friends :)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
