this is a surprise. i did overeat yesterday after all. we went to my grandmother's place for lunch. it wasn't necessary, i could have contained myself. but i'm not going to beat myself up over it. i am making progress towards normal eating, which is what really counts.
104.3 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
