177.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually ladies, I have had a lot of help through Quick Weight Loss Centers here in Houston. I started the journey with them back in October 2015 and even though it hasn't been easy and I've wanted to give up numerous times I didn't and have managed to lose right at 69 pounds as of today. Yeah me! As my counselors tell me it is 80% what you eat. I have changed my way of eating and at times it does get mundane but I am looking at the long term. Once I get to goal weight, then I will slowly work on putting back certain foods back into my diet. I am very thankful to have cut my cravings for salty foods which has been a blessing. Have a wonderful day !!!

Congratulations, I so look forward to the feeling of having lost 69 pounds ! Not to mention all the things in my closet that will once again see the light of day!
