whoo-hoo!!

I know it'll be a bit higher come Monday, but I'm going to change my goal to 135.

Yesterday I realized the fruit from out fruit drawer was what was making me feel unwell so I tossed my afternoon snack and the pear I usually have with lunch. Man, I could tell a difference in how hungry I was later on! I kept wanting to snack well into the evening. Good to know that the snacks make a big difference.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
