I went "off the reservation" yesterday a good bit but may still be able to eek out a loss for the week. Got a good exercise session in the afternoon and yard work till dark so burned a lot of calories...we shall see how that all pans out. Off early tomorrow morning to Buffalo NY for our youngest grandson's 2nd birthday party. We got him a toy leaf blower as he wants to help dad with the yard work and the full size version is too much for him to handle. Travelling and family visits are always a challenge food wise but it's only for a couple days so I'm hoping to maintain status quo with weight. Hope everyone has a great Friday and Weekend.
