Yep...Cold weather eguals comfort food.I think our body clocks are trying to fatten up for winter..Lucky for us there are so many low carb comfort foods.Have a good afternoon.

I know exactly how you feel! I call it the hungry hippo syndrom when it happens to me! For me it has a lot to do with those crazy hormones, & the weather & sometimes I have Absolutely NO idea why...it just is. I try to keep to plan friendly foods & HUGE salads to help fill the void. I think it's our genetics telling us to fatten up because the loooooong winter is coming and we may run out of food before next summer's harvest. I think so many of our instincts have to do with genetic programing left over from our ancestors.
