While I have not dropped in any in the last 4 days, I'm not discouraged in the least. Thing is, it is good to slow down a little from time to time to let my body adjust to the new weight. Sometimes I retain a little more water, so that's not a concern either. Bottom line, I'm on track, have a good attitude and have a good will power.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
