I was really hungry last night. Had to stop myself from eating the rest of the leftover mussels from a party I went to last weekend! They already contain carbs, but whoever made the mussels also added other ingredients (like bread crumbs), so i really had to watch my intake. Ate way too much this weekend as it is, so I have to be careful this week. :( I allowed myself to eat 4, to satiate my hunger, but I really wanted the whole damn bag!) My energy level is bad today, and I'm already lacking in motivation to workout. So let's hope I can push myself. It's only Tuesday!
