Been off the "Fat Secret" wagon for the last 2 weeks as I've had some personal issues that sidetracked this effort and I was unpleasantly-suprised to see the uptick in self induced "fattery" raise it's ugly head at the gym scale this AM. Oh well, back to the grind!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
