Well, I've lost 4 pounds over the weekend and I ate 2500 calories on both days. I suspect a lot of activity helped there, and that it's a bit of water weight.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
